Ideal Candidates Will Bring:

  • Current state licensure or eligibility in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • ASHA CCCs preferred, though strong CFs are encouraged to apply
  • Experience or interest in working with diverse student populations across grades K-12
  • Solid organizational and documentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Energetic, flexible, and eager to contribute in a collaborative setting

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct assessments and deliver individualized speech-language therapy for students
  • Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in coordination with multidisciplinary teams
  • Provide direct intervention across all grade levels, adapting techniques as needed
  • Engage with families and teachers to ensure strategies are effective in academic settings
  • Maintain accurate records and progress reports in accordance with school and state guidelines
  • Participate in professional development and team meetings to stay current and share insights
