Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students as an onsite Speech-Language Pathologist in the Connellsville, PA area. This role calls for dedication three days per week for the upcoming school semester, working directly within an elementary school setting. Your expertise will be invaluable in empowering students to find their voice and achieve success in and out of the classroom.
Key Qualifications:
- Active SLP-CCC credential
- Current Pennsylvania SLP Educator Certificate
- Experience or interest in school-based speech-language pathology
- Skilled in therapy planning, evaluation, and collaboration with educational teams
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language services to a diverse student population onsite
- Assess and develop individualized treatment plans to support each student’s needs
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to foster students’ communication skills
- Maintain compliant documentation and participate in IEP meetings as required
- Provide support and consultation to educational staff in a dynamic elementary school environment
This contract runs from late August 2026 through early January 2027 (dates subject to change), with regular hours from 8:15 AM to 3:40 PM, three days each week. Your onsite presence and expertise will make a genuine difference for students throughout the first semester.
