Desired Skills & Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in Washington State (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous experience in a school-based OT setting is highly desired

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ functional abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide direct therapy services
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing to goal setting and progress monitoring in alignment with educational objectives
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic support for each student
• Maintain accurate and timely records of assessments, therapy notes, and ongoing progress
• Offer training, resources, and recommendations to teachers and caregivers for classroom and home-based support
• Support the transition of students between grade levels or special programs as needed
