Several openings are available to serve a diverse range of student needs: one role focuses on elementary Autistic Support, another on learning support at the middle school level, and four positions serve high school students requiring learning support. Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Pennsylvania Teaching Certificate required by the assignment start date; HR sponsorship for emergency permits available if needed.
- Experience or strong interest in Autistic Support (elementary), Learning Support (middle or high school), or related special education environments.
- Dedication to individualized instruction, inclusive practices, and fostering a positive classroom culture.
- Effective communication, adaptability, and strong teamwork skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized, evidence-based instruction tailored to student IEPs and learning goals.
- Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and families to support student progress.
- Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with IEP requirements.
- Foster a supportive, engaging, and structured learning environment.
- Participate in IEP meetings and professional development activities throughout the contract.
Position Details:
- Full-time contract: 35 hours per week, running from August 24, 2026, to June 10, 2027.
- Daily hours vary: Elementary (8:15 am–3:45 pm), Middle (7:15 am–2:45 pm), High (7:13 am–2:43 pm).
