What We're Looking For:

  • Valid, active Occupational Therapist (OT) license required
  • Prior experience providing OT services in school settings preferred
  • Strong understanding of pediatric development and IEP process
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 20 students
  • Organized, self-motivated, and invested in student growth
  • Comfortable working exclusively onsite in a school environment

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy assessments, interventions, and supports to students across a range of ages and needs
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to create, implement, and monitor student IEPs
  • Document and report on student progress, adjusting goals as needed
  • Provide guidance on adaptive strategies and accommodations
  • Participate in IEP meetings, team planning, and professional development as required
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment through therapeutic practices
