• Ability to follow directions, adapt to changes, and handle various classroom responsibilities
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or paraprofessional certification is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Support classroom teachers with instructional activities, classroom management, and individualized student assistance
• Assist students with assignments, reinforcing classroom lessons and adapting materials as needed
• Monitor student progress and behavior, providing encouragement and constructive feedback
• Help facilitate a safe, inclusive, and structured learning environment for all students
• Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and professional development as requested
• Provide assistance with classroom organization, resource preparation, and other daily tasks
