\nReshaping HR is a consulting firm who does the first-round interviews for our clients *(You will work directly for them.)* This Appleton area company has offered residential and commercial services for many years and is looking to expand their plumbing team.\n
\n
\n*Responsibilities*:\n
\n
\nInstallation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing fixtures: showers, tubs, toilets, sinks, faucets, water heaters, dishwasher, garbage disposals and sump pumps\n
\n
\nCollaborate with general contractors, electricians, and other construction professionals.\n
\n
\nFollow building plans and blueprints.\n
\n
\nPrioritize, schedule and assign work. Provide technical training and guidance.\n
\n
\nServe customers by offering value added and multiple solutions. Adapt to challenging situations.\n
\n
\nMentor/Train/Lead new hires and crew\n
\n
\n*Lead Plumber Qualifications:*\n
\n
\nApplicants need to be a licensed Journeyman or Master Plumber.\n
\n
\nExcellent Communication skills/ Self-motivated\n
\n
\nWorking knowledge of plumbing fixtures, drain systems, plumbing systems and codes.\n
\n
\nAbility to take timely action to effectively solve problems, using established policies and procedures\n
\n
\nAbility to deal with challenging situations\n
\n
\nAbility to read and understand blueprints and schematics\n
\n
\nValid driver's license and good driving record are required. (DMV report will be conducted before making a job offer.)\n
\n
\nMust be able to lift, twist, bend, and work in smaller enclosed spaces on a daily basis.\n
\n
\nMaintain and update knowledge of current plumbing standards/codes.\n
\n
\nSuccessful completion of a drug test and background check.\n
\n
\n*Hours:* Approximately 7:30-4:30 Monday through Friday with occasional on call time required.\n
\n
\n*Pay for Lead Plumber: $38.00/hour - $45.00/hour. Benefits:* This company pays 50% of the health premium and 100% of all other insurance such as Life Insurance, Short/Long Term Disability, Eye and Dental. Sick pay, vacation, and a 401K with match program is also offered.\n
