Location: Odessa, Texas
Full-Time | No Nights | No Weekends
A well-established and busy orthopedic practice is seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced orthopedic providers in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.
Candidates with orthopedic experience are strongly preferred. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
ResponsibilitiesConduct patient consultations and follow-up visits
Assist with medical decision-making, data collection, order entry, and documentation
Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care
Monitor patient progress and coordinate ongoing treatment plans
Perform reassessments, acute visits, and patient follow-ups
Assist with test monitoring and transition-of-care activities
Perform therapeutic injections, including trigger point and joint injections
Maintain timely and accurate medical records
Serve as a positive role model and team contributor
Current National Physician Assistant Certification (PA-C)
Active Texas Physician Assistant License
Current DEA registration or eligibility to obtain
Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
Current AHA CPR/BLS certification
Orthopedic experience strongly preferred
Bilingual skills are a plus
Excellent clinical, communication, and organizational skills
Eligible for performance-based incentive compensation
10 days PTO during the first year, increasing to 15 days on anniversary
