LHH is currently seeking Administrative Assistants for temporary opportunities with companies throughout the Portland area.

Potential Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars, meetings, and scheduling
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Coordinate office activities and projects
  • Maintain files, records, and documentation
  • Support internal teams with administrative tasks
  • Assist with customer and employee communications
Qualifications
  • Previous administrative or office support experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Pay Details: $22.00 to $26.00 per hour
