Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in office / 2 days remote)
Compensation: $88,000 - $100,000 annually

A highly regarded international law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to support a team of attorneys in a fast-paced litigation practice. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with partners and attorneys while providing high-level administrative and litigation support.
Responsibilities
- Provide litigation support to multiple attorneys in a deadline-driven environment
- Prepare, revise, proofread, and format pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, correspondence, and other legal documents
- Handle federal and state court e-filings
- Maintain litigation calendars, including court deadlines, hearings, depositions, and trial dates
- Assist with discovery, document production, exhibit preparation, and trial support
- Coordinate attorney travel arrangements and expense reimbursements
- Prepare and process client billing and time entry
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems
- Communicate professionally with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and internal team members
- Minimum 7 years of litigation legal secretary experience
- Experience supporting multiple attorneys, including partners
- Hands-on experience with federal and state court e-filing
- Strong knowledge of court rules, procedures, and deadlines
- Familiarity with PACER, CM/ECF, and legal docketing systems
- Advanced Microsoft Word skills, including Tables of Contents, Tables of Authorities, cross-referencing, styles, and Track Changes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and document management systems
- Excellent spelling, grammar, proofreading, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a professional environment
- High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
