\n Operations & Logistics Coordinator Responsibilities:\n
\n • Create UPS labels, schedule pickups, and assist with daily shipment processing using UPS WorldShip\n
\n • Coordinate LTL shipments and help ensure freight details, tracking, and documentation are accurate\n
\n • Support inventory projects, including physical counts, tracking updates, and operational follow-up\n
\n • Use Excel and internal systems to track shipments, orders, inventory, and daily operations\n
\n • Work closely with logistics, inventory, warehouse, and front office teams to keep workflow moving efficiently\n
\n\n • Create UPS labels, schedule pickups, and assist with daily shipment processing using UPS WorldShip\n

\n Operations & Logistics Coordinator Requirements:\n
\n • Previous experience in logistics, shipping, inventory, warehouse operations, or office support preferred\n
\n • Comfortable using computers, Excel, UPS WorldShip, and learning new systems\n
\n • Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow processes and document information accurately\n
\n • Able to stay organized while balancing multiple priorities in a busy office/operations environment\n
\n • Reliable, team-oriented, and interested in growing into a long-term logistics or operations role\n
\n\n • Previous experience in logistics, shipping, inventory, warehouse operations, or office support preferred\n
\n • Comfortable using computers, Excel, UPS WorldShip, and learning new systems\n
\n • Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow processes and document information accurately\n
\n • Able to stay organized while balancing multiple priorities in a busy office/operations environment\n
