Staff Pharmacist - Shiloh, IL

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

We are seeking a Staff Pharmacist for an ongoing part-time opportunity in a retail pharmacy setting near Shiloh, Illinois. This role offers consistent weekly hours and a rotating schedule with on-call support.

Schedule:

24–30 hours per week within pharmacy operating hours

Monday–Friday: 9:00am–7:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am–2:00pm
Sunday: Emergency orders only (7:00am–7:00pm on-call coverage)

Pay $60 + we offer full benefits if needed

Requirements:
Active Illinois Pharmacist license
PharmD preferred
Strong retail pharmacy background
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and on-call rotation

Duties & Responsibilities:

Perform prescription verification, dispensing, and clinical checking
Ensure accuracy and safety of all medication orders prior to dispensing
Provide patient counseling on medications and therapy use
Support day-to-day retail pharmacy operations including workflow management
Communicate with patients and healthcare providers as needed
Maintain compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations
Assist with emergency order processing during Sunday on-call coverage
Collaborate with pharmacy staff to ensure efficient and timely service
