Special Education Teacher

We are currently seeking dedicated and passionate Special Education Teacher to support students in the Evergreen, CO area. This full-time position is available for the 2026–2027 school year within a collaborative and student-focused school district committed to academic and personal growth.

Qualifications:

• Active Colorado Special Education teaching certification
• Experience supporting students with diverse learning needs preferred
• Strong ability to differentiate instruction and implement individualized supports
• Experience in mild/moderate and/or moderate/severe settings preferred
• Collaborative and flexible approach to working with staff and families

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide direct instruction and academic support to students
• Monitor and document student progress in accordance with district requirements
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student success
• Ensure compliance with all state and district special education guidelines

Compensation for this position ranges from $25.82 to $49.82. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
