This onsite contract opportunity offers the chance to make a measurable difference in the lives of K-12 learners by providing expert speech and language therapy across one school, with a manageable caseload historically ranging from 25 to 30 students.

Utilize your experience and dedication as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC), applying your specialized skills where they matter most. You will play a crucial role in identifying communication challenges, designing intervention plans, and collaborating with both educators and families for optimal student outcomes—all while fostering a positive, supportive learning environment.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Active State of Maine Speech-Language Pathology License
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
  • Previous experience in a K-12 setting preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration abilities
  • Commitment to working onsite throughout the school year

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for students
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
