Qualifications/Experience Needed:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current or eligible Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Consideration for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates
  • State licensure or eligibility for Florida SLP licensure
  • Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based settings
  • Knowledge of IEP process, documentation, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Comfortable discussing prior work with or supervising SLPAs
  • Commitment to on-site, in-person service delivery

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for K-12 students
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for young learners with diverse needs
  • Document student progress, maintain compliant records, and communicate with stakeholders
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to integrate therapy within the educational setting
  • Participate in IEP meetings and assist in goal-setting for student development
  • Provide support and guidance to SLPAs as appropriate to the role
