Qualifications:

  • Active SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
  • Prior experience working in school settings, especially with EC and Elementary students, highly preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Effective communicator with students, staff, and families
  • Commitment to supporting diverse student populations and adapting approaches as needed

Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and direct therapy to students with speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and special education staff to ensure holistic support for each child
  • Maintain thorough documentation of services and progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and parent conferences as needed across both locations
