Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active state licensure or eligibility in Oregon
  • Previous experience in a school setting, preferably with elementary-aged children
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with multidisciplinary teams
  • Dedication to helping students achieve their individualized goals
  • Comfortable providing onsite services; teletherapy not currently an option

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech-language therapy to elementary students based on IEPs
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine students’ needs
  • Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans
  • Consult with teachers, parents, and other staff members to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Attend IEP meetings and contribute expertise for student-centered planning
  • Educate staff and families on strategies to facilitate communication development
