Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Proficiency in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing targeted behavior intervention plans
• Experience providing direct services to diverse student populations
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, psychologists, and administration
• Strong track record of maintaining detailed behavioral data and progress updates
• Must submit a redacted FBA sample and professional references during application

Responsibilities:

• Serve all three school sites within the district
• Deliver direct behavior-analytic services to students in both general and special education settings
• Conduct classroom and individual observations, including emotional support environments
• Develop, monitor, and update behavior intervention plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and district-wide behavior supports
• Offer guidance and training to staff regarding behavior management strategies
• Foster positive, collaborative relationships with personnel and families
