Based in City of Industry, CA, this direct-hire role is the perfect playground for a commercial marketer who knows how to turn brand strategy into massive retail wins. What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities) Own the Go-To-Market Strategy: Develop and execute high-impact trade marketing strategies that drive volume, velocity, and market share across key retail channels. Bridge the Gap: Act as the ultimate cross-functional hub, partnering with Sales, Brand, and Product teams to align promotional calendars, new product launches, and merchandising programs. Empower the Field: Equip distributor partners, brokers, and sales teams with the ultimate retail toolkits—from custom POS displays to winning pitch decks. Track Optimize the Spend: Take control of the trade promotion budget, rigorously analyzing campaign ROI, category trends, and promotional performance to ensure every dollar wins. Command the Shelf: Design and execute brilliant in-store merchandising, promotional displays, and regional campaigns that make our products impossible for consumers to miss.

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications) The Must-Haves:
5 to 7+ years of dedicated Trade Marketing experience within the Food Beverage, FMCG, or CPG industries. A proven track record managing trade promotion budgets, retail execution support, and channel-specific promotional calendars. Strong analytical horsepower: You don't just pull data; you translate retail metrics, category performance, and market trends into actionable sales strategies. A collaborative accelerator: Excellent communication and project management skills with a history of successfully aligning sales teams and distributor networks.

The Big Pluses (Highly Preferred): Asian Food/Grocery Experience: Prior experience marketing Asian food products, global cuisines, or navigating the specialty/Asian grocery channel is a massive advantage. Language Skills: Fluency or professional proficiency in Mandarin is a strong plus, but not required.
Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $100,000 to $120,000 per year.
