We're looking for an experienced Project Manager who thrives in complex environments, enjoys solving difficult logistical and operational problems, and wants to lead projects that have a visible impact on our clients' most critical operations.

This isn't your traditional construction Project Manager role. You'll lead projects involving:

About the Job

\n

As Project Manager, you will have full ownership of assigned projects from proposal support through project closeout. You'll be responsible for balancing safety, client satisfaction, schedule, operational execution, and financial performance while leading multidisciplinary teams across every phase of project delivery.

Project Leadership

  • Lead complex heavy lift, specialized transportation, rigging, and industrial construction projects from award through completion.
  • \n
  • Develop comprehensive execution strategies, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and project milestones.
  • \n
  • Partner with engineering, operations, sales, permitting, procurement, and field leadership to deliver successful projects.
  • \n
  • Facilitate project kickoff meetings and establish clear roles, responsibilities, and communication plans.
  • \n

Client Partnership

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout project execution.
  • \n
  • Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service, communication, and problem-solving.
  • \n
  • Identify future project opportunities and collaborate with Business Development to support continued growth.
  • \n
\n

Financial & Commercial Management

\n
    \n
  • Own project budgets, forecasting, cost control, and financial performance.
  • \n
  • Review proposals and contracts to ensure scope, pricing, risk allocation, and deliverables are clearly defined.
  • \n
  • Monitor project profitability and proactively identify opportunities to improve financial outcomes.
  • \n

Operational Excellence

  • Coordinate labor, equipment, subcontractors, vendors, and materials required for successful execution.
  • \n
  • Develop procurement strategies for specialized equipment and services.
  • \n
  • Ensure resources are aligned with project requirements while maintaining schedule commitments.
  • \n

Risk & Safety Management

\n
    \n
  • Identify project risks related to safety, logistics, scheduling, permitting, utilities, environmental factors, and resource availability.
  • \n
  • Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans before challenges impact project execution.
  • \n
  • Support Omega Morgan's commitment to an uncompromising safety culture.
  • \n

Project Closeout

  • Lead project debriefs and lessons learned.
  • \n
  • Evaluate project performance against schedule, budget, quality, and client expectations.
  • \n
  • Capture continuous improvement opportunities for future projects.
  • \n

Required Qualifications

\n
    \n
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • \n
  • Three (3+) or more years of project management experience in industrial construction, heavy civil, specialty contracting, energy, infrastructure, heavy lift, transportation, rigging, or related industries.
  • \n
  • Experience managing project budgets, schedules, procurement, and client relationships.
  • \n
  • Strong understanding of project financial management and forecasting.
  • \n
  • Working knowledge of construction means and methods.
  • \n
  • Experience leading cross-functional project teams.
  • \n
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • \n
  • Proficiency with project management software Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office and ACC.
  • \n
\n

Preferred Qualifications

\n
    \n
  • PMP Certification is a plus, but not required
  • \n
  • Experience in managing heavy lift and specialized rigging operations.
  • \n
  • Proven success supporting industrial shutdowns, turnarounds, and maintenance outages.
  • \n
  • Background delivering Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) or design-build projects.
  • \n
  • Knowledge of energy, power generation, or utility construction projects.
  • \n
  • Experience supporting renewable energy infrastructure, including wind, solar, battery storage, and related projects.
  • \n
  • Exposure to manufacturing, industrial, or process facility environments.
  • \n
