Quality Inspector – 3rd Shift

Whitewater, WI | $22.00/hour

Adecco is currently recruiting an experienced Quality Inspector for a leading rubber molding manufacturer in Whitewater, WI.

In this role, you'll inspect in-process and finished rubber products, perform quality checks using measuring tools, document inspection results, and help ensure products meet customer and company quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment

  • Experience using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Basic computer and math skills

Responsibilities:

  • Inspecting products throughout the manufacturing process

  • Record and report quality data

  • Identify and communicate quality concerns

  • Support corrective actions and continuous improvement efforts

  • Follow all safety and quality procedures

Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
