BG Staffing is seeking a reliable and skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician to support an apartment community in Saint Louis, MO 63129. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, takes pride in maintaining a clean and functional community, and can handle a variety of maintenance tasks with professionalism.

· Pay: $22/hr

· Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

· Opportunity Type: Temp to hire

· Complete work orders efficiently and professionally

· Perform general maintenance tasks, including:

o Basic plumbing repairs

o Electrical troubleshooting

o Appliance diagnostics and repair

o Carpentry, drywall, and general upkeep

· Assist with unit turns and make‑ready preparation

· Maintain community grounds, common areas, and amenities

· Respond to resident requests with a friendly, professional attitude

· Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards

· Previous apartment maintenance experience

· Strong knowledge of general maintenance functions

· Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently

· Reliable, punctual, and detail‑oriented

· Strong communication and customer service skills

*Full tools and drill needed to complete repairs and make- ready turns required
