Receptionist (Direct Hire)
Louisville, KY | Growing CPA Firm

LHH is recruiting for a polished, professional Receptionist to join a growing CPA firm in Louisville. This is a high-visibility, front-facing role ideal for someone with true receptionist experience who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Greet clients and visitors; manage front desk operations
• Answer and route high-volume calls professionally
• Coordinate schedules, appointments, and office logistics
• Support administrative functions and ensure a seamless client experience

Schedule
Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Extended hours during tax season (until 6:00 PM + occasional Saturdays)

Qualifications
• Proven receptionist/front desk experience required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Professional demeanor and reliability

Compensation & Benefits
$50,000-$65,000 base salary (DOE)
