Maintenance Supervisor (Cincinnati)

SNS Management is looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations across five apartment communities (410 units) in the Cincinnati/NKY area.

You'll oversee daily maintenance operations, coach technicians, manage work orders, and partner with property management to deliver an exceptional resident experience.

• Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians
\n
• Prioritize and oversee daily work orders and preventative maintenance
\n
• Assist with troubleshooting HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues
\n
• Ensure repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
\n
• Conduct property inspections and maintain curb appeal
\n
• Manage inventory, supplies, and maintenance shop organization
\n
• Partner with onsite management to provide outstanding resident service
\n

\n
• 3+ years of multifamily maintenance leadership experience
\n
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general apartment maintenance
\n
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop technicians
\n
• Experience using a smartphone or maintenance software (AppFolio experience is a plus)
\n
• EPA Certification preferred

• Valid driver's license
\n

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, with a rotating on-call schedule.
