This full-time, on-site role is ideal for professionals with a passion for partnering with young learners and educators.

Qualifications we’re seeking:

  • Valid or pending SLP license in California
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • SLP-CCC or strong SLP-CFY candidates are encouraged to apply
  • Prior school-based or pediatric SLP experience—whether internship, CFY, or beyond—preferred
  • Understanding of a diverse K-12 caseload and IEP process
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
  • Enthusiasm for working on-site in a supportive school setting

In this role, you will:

  • Deliver speech, language, and communication therapy to students from kindergarten through high school
  • Conduct assessments, develop therapy plans, and contribute to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Track student progress, maintain thorough documentation, and adapt interventions to foster growth
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to best support student goals
  • Participate in school meetings, professional development, and multidisciplinary team activities
