Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Valid state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language services to elementary students in group and individual settings
- Develop and implement IEP goals tailored to each student’s needs
- Conduct evaluations, progress monitoring, and standardized assessments
- Communicate progress and strategies to teachers and parents
- Work in tandem with educators, administrators, and specialists to support overall student success
- Maintain timely and thorough documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
