This contract position runs from August 24, 2026, through June 10, 2027, and offers a steady schedule of 35 hours per week, onsite, supporting general education students. The caseload consists solely of general education learners, with special education students receiving dedicated support from certified SPED teachers.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree required (needed for emergency teaching permit)
• Active teaching certification/licensure matching caseload
• Proven school-based experience, preferably in urban environments
• Mastery of science content, modern instructional strategies, and relevant resources
• Effective classroom and behavioral management skills are a must
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Capability to work onsite between 8:30AM and 4PM, with no schedule modifications
• Must complete all required PA clearances
• Comfortable adapting to district/urban school settings
