Occupational Therapist School Setting - Montague, CA

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current California OT license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start date)
• Previous experience in school-based settings working with K-12 students
• Strong understanding of IEPs, therapeutic interventions, and educational regulations
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organization skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students across K-12 caseloads
• Assess students’ needs and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with educational goals
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Provide training and support to staff and parents regarding adaptive techniques and interventions
• Document student progress, maintain accurate records, and adhere to district policies and state guidelines
