RN - ICU

**Title:** Registered Nurse – Intensive Care Unit

**Schedule:** Rotating 12 hours, Days and Nights

**Assignment Details:**
\n Contract Length: 13 weeks
\n Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

**Requirements:**
\n - 1+ Years of Experience
\n - BLS Certification
\n - ACLS Certification (AHA or ARC)
\n - Epic Experience
\n - Experience with Adult and Geriatric Population
\n - Experience with Fresh Open Heart Surgery Patients (Preferred)
\n - Interpretation of Cardiac Rhythms (Preferred)
\n - Experience with Impella and Balloon Pumps (Preferred)

**Roles & Responsibilities:**
\n - Provide holistic care to patients and families throughout the life cycle.
\n - Execute standards of nursing practice, including assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
\n - Develop and revise patient care plans, coordinating care among disciplines, and delegating activities to other care providers as appropriate.
\n - Participate in shared accountability and decision-making for nursing practices.
\n - Promote remarkable patient care through active participation in practice and implementation of leadership qualities.

**Compliance / Notes:**
\n - RNs may be required to float to other ICUs or medical/surgical units based on staffing needs.
\n - Every 3rd Weekend worked.
