Director of Physician Accounting

Must-Haves:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Business Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
• Experience: 10 years of progressive finance/accounting experience, preferably in a multi-entity healthcare environment.
• Skills: Strong analytical, leadership, and communication abilities; proficiency in financial systems, reporting tools, and healthcare finance concepts, recon, AR accounts, audit schedules.
• ERP- Can be any, SAP, Oracle, Peoplesoft, ect.
• General Leger gap accounting.
• Excellent excel ability.

Plusses:

• Healthcare experience
• Master’s degree or CPA designation preferred
