Required Skills & Experience:

- Bilingual
- Active utilization of all relevant sourcing and industry sites and networks.
- Develop candidate pipelines for specific requisitions and job categories.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews and assess candidate fit for our client’s role profile.
- Experience recruiting on light industrial roles (warehouse, CDL drivers, etc.)
- Experience working in high volume, high accountability, environment
- 2+ years as a recruiter
- Bachelor's degree (required to convert to staff)
- Experience working in any ATS -- iCIMS is a plus

Job Description

Our client is looking for a Staff Selection/Recruiter in the Atlanta area. This recruiter plays a significant role in sourcing candidates for our distribution centers and specialized positions around the country. They would be responsible for sourcing, identifying, and screening candidates. The primary focus for this role is high volume, first round interviews to build a strong pipeline for the Staff Selection team.
