Key Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education teaching certification/license
- Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
- Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with diverse learning needs
- Collaborate with general education teachers, administrators, and families to support student goals
- Provide engaging instruction and adapt curriculum to meet each learner’s unique needs
- Monitor student progress, document outcomes, and participate in eligibility or review meetings
- Utilize evidence-based practices and differentiated instruction
- Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations related to special education
