Make a meaningful impact in the lives of students with communication needs by utilizing your Speech-Language Pathology expertise in a collaborative, onsite environment. Immediate contract opportunities are available for skilled SLPs to serve Early Intervention and K-12 students. These roles will place you among a team of dedicated professionals where your clinical judgment and compassionate care are highly valued.
Available Roles:
Role A: Provide direct SLP services for K-12 students—both regular education and those receiving Autistic support—across two elementary school buildings. This assignment includes a manageable caseload and some case management responsibilities, while providing services from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, during the school year calendar.
Role B: Support Early Intervention (ages 3-5, special education needs) at locations in New Oxford/Gettysburg. Enjoy a year-round schedule with frequent school breaks and dedicated paperwork time each week, ensuring balanced, child-focused delivery of services.
Key Qualifications:
- Active Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist Certification
- PA Teaching Certificate (must be submitted with your resume)
- Experience working with early intervention and/or K-12 populations preferred
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload and implement IEPs
- Commitment to in-person collaboration; SLPAs not accepted for these onsite roles
- Clinical Fellows considered if able to meet supervision fee requirements
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations, assessments, and provide individualized therapy to students
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support teams
- Develop and update IEPs and progress reports
- Engage in case management and participate in team meetings as needed
