Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Jim Thorpe, PA

A dynamic opportunity is available for a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) eager to make a significant impact in a district introducing this vital discipline for the first time. Beginning August 17, 2026, and continuing through June 10, 2027, you will play a central role in shaping behavioral supports across three school sites. This is a full-time (37–40 hours per week), in-person contract position with the chance to influence both general education and special education settings.

In this role, you will:

• Provide direct behavioral services to students throughout multiple school environments
• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
• Observe classroom dynamics, including emotional support rooms, across all assigned campuses
• Collaborate closely with psychologists, teachers, and other staff to foster student growth
• Participate actively in IEP meetings to support holistic planning
• Offer expertise that helps establish best practices for behavioral support within the district

Ideal candidates will have:

• A current BCBA certification
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
