Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - West Hartford, CT

Qualifications & Experience:

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required
• Active Connecticut SLP-CCC license in good standing
• Background in school-based SLP services, including direct therapy, IEP participation, and evaluations
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills for working with students, staff, and families
• Experience supporting diverse student populations across different grade levels

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy to students at one of three school sites: Green-Hills PreK, Chippens Hill Middle School, or Mountain View
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized intervention plans, and track student progress
• Collaborate with special education teams, teachers, and families to foster student success
• Document therapy sessions and contribute to IEP meetings and reports
• Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
