Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and managing classroom activities
- Provide individualized and small-group instructional support to students
- Help maintain a safe and encouraging learning environment
- Assist students with assignments, classroom routines, and social interactions
- Contribute to documenting student progress and communicating needs to the instructional team
