Job Details- Shifts: 2-3 shifts per month, with options for 12 and 24-hour shifts
- Patient Load: 25 patients per day, with an annual volume ranging from 7,200 to 9,000
- Electronic Medical Record System: EPIC
- Support: Advanced Practice Provider (APP) support available
- Start Time: 6:30 AM for handoff, with shifts commencing at 7:00 AM
- Additional Requirement: Signing of death certificates is necessary
