Good Samaritan Health Center in Atlanta seeks a compassionate LPN to provide PRN clinical support in a faith-based, community health setting. The LPN will room patients, obtain histories and vitals, administer medications and vaccines, perform basic procedures, support chronic disease management, and assist providers during exams. Responsibilities include accurate documentation in the EHR, patient education, care coordination, and maintaining infection control and safety standards. The LPN collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, affordable, whole-person care to underserved individuals and families.
