Pay: $20.00–$22.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
Shift: 1st & 2nd Shift Available

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Machine Operator / Setup Technicians to join our growing manufacturing team in Germantown, WI. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering competitive pay, steady hours, and the opportunity to build a long-term career.
The ideal candidate will have experience setting up and operating production equipment, troubleshooting minor machine issues, and maintaining high quality and safety standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate specialty printing and labeling equipment for rigid containers, including jars, bottles, cans, and pails.
Adjust machine settings for product changeovers, quality requirements, and production needs.
Follow work orders and production specifications to ensure proper machine setup and operation.
Complete required production and quality documentation.
Perform first-piece inspections and verify production meets quality standards.
Produce quality products while maintaining production efficiency.
Verify correct artwork, labels, and packaging before production begins.
Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
Monitor machine performance and communicate any issues to production leadership.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE.
Ensure production materials and supplies are available throughout the shift.
Perform other duties as assigned.
High school diploma or GED required.
Technical or vocational education is a plus.
Minimum 1 year of machine setup and machine operation experience required.
Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
Ability to read and follow work instructions and production documentation.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products.
Dependable with excellent attendance and a strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
Frequently lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
Ability to bend, reach, twist, and perform repetitive tasks.
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment around moving machinery.
$20.00–$22.00 per hour, based on experience
