Machine Operator - Freedom, PA

Adecco is hiring dedicated Machine Operators for a leading mail production and printing facility located in Freedom, PA. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and oversee high-speed mail processing and production equipment with precision and attention to detail.

• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.

• Maintain a smooth production flow and achieve productivity targets.

• Adhere strictly to safety policies and procedures to promote a safe work environment.

• Keep work areas clean, organized, and hazard-free.

• Report any equipment issues or production concerns promptly to supervisors.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, machine operation, production, or mail processing is a plus but not necessary, as training is provided.

• Ability to stand for the entire shift.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.

• Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions accurately.

• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.

• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Available Shifts:

• 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM (overtime on Saturdays as needed).

• 3rd Shift: Sunday – Thursday, 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM (overtime on Fridays as needed).

• Please note: The work location is not accessible by bus during these shifts, so reliable transportation is recommended.

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
