This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, has a mechanical mindset, and is interested in building a career in the automotive industry.We are looking for a dependable, motivated individual who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced automotive service environment. Whether you have previous shop experience or are looking to start your career, this position offers hands-on training and the opportunity to develop valuable automotive skills. What Youll Do:Perform routine vehicle maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, filter replacements, and lubrication servicesMount, balance, rotate, and inspect tires while following safety and manufacturer guidelinesTest, replace, and properly handle vehicle batteriesAssist with brake inspections, brake pad replacements, rotor services, and brake fluid checksPerform basic automotive repairs such as replacing belts, hoses, spark plugs, and other componentsConduct vehicle inspections to identify maintenance needs and potential safety concernsAssist with parts ordering, receiving, stocking, and organizationMaintain a clean, safe, and organized service areaProperly use and care for automotive tools and equipmentFollow all safety procedures, company policies, and quality standardsCommunicate professionally and courteously with customers and team membersParticipate in training opportunities to expand automotive knowledge and skills What Were Looking For:Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in automotive repairWillingness to learn and develop new skillsReliable, punctual, and dependable work ethicAbility to follow directions and work effectively as part of a teamBasic knowledge of hand tools and automotive equipment preferred, but not requiredComfortable working in a hands-on environment and performing physical tasksPositive attitude with a desire to grow within the automotive field Why Join Us?Consistent MondayFriday schedule with weekends offPaid holidays and vacation after one yearHands-on training and career development opportunitiesOpportunity to gain real-world automotive experienceSupportive team environment with room to growReady to turn your mechanical interests into a career?
