      \n In addition to the basic purpose of the Pharmacy Technician, assists pharmacists in clinical data gathering, problem solving, clinical support functions, patient interaction and medication order processing. Supervised in all duties by a pharmacist.\n

    \n EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS\n
    \n
      \n
    • \n
      \n High school diploma or equivalent required.\n
    • \n
    • \n
      \n One (1) of the following required:\n
      \n
        \n
      • \n
        \n Current unencumbered Certified Oregon Pharmacy Technician License.\n
      • \n
      • \n
        \n Currently enrolled first year PharmD student in good standing with an accredited pharmacy school and current unencumbered Oregon Board of Pharmacy Intern license.\n
      • \n

    • \n
      \n Eighteen (18) months work experience as a Pharmacy Technician required.\n
    • \n
    • \n
      \n Experience and/or training with a computer keyboard required.\n
    • \n
    • \n
      \n Experience and/or training operating a calculator and performing math calculations required.\n
    • \n
    • \n
      \n Technical experience in Pharmacy procedures, including IV admixture and sterile techniques required.\n
    • \n
    • \n
      \n Experience and/or training assessing clinical data required.\n
    • \n
    • \n
      \n
