Occupational Therapist

We’re seeking compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapists who are passionate about helping patients restore function, improve daily living skills, and safely return to meaningful activities. If you enjoy hands‐on therapy and collaborative care, this role offers meaningful impact every shift.

Schedule

• 8a-5p | 8 Hour Shifts
• 7a,7p | 12 Hour Shifts
• Per Diem flexibility

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate patients’ functional abilities related to activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs)
• Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions focused on mobility, strength, coordination, cognition, and self‐care skills
• Train patients in adaptive techniques and proper use of assistive devices and equipment
• Educate patients and families on safety strategies, home modifications, and carryover exercises
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams to support recovery goals
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic treatment environment
• Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and patient progress accurately in the medical record

What We’re Looking For

• Active Occupational Therapist license in the state of practice
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Occupational Therapy experience required
• Acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, or hospital experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment‐planning skills
• Excellent communication and patient‐education abilities
• Ability to motivate patients through recovery and functional progression
• Team‐oriented mindset with a patient‐centered approach to care
