We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a growing outpatient team in Denver, CO. We welcome both experienced Speech-Language Pathologists and Clinical Fellows (CFY) who are passionate about providing high-quality, evidence-based care to pediatric and adult patients. Position Overview

As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating individuals with speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, and swallowing disorders. You will work closely with patients, caregivers, physicians, educators, and interdisciplinary team members to develop personalized treatment plans and help patients achieve meaningful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform comprehensive speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, and swallowing evaluations.

•Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals based on patient needs.

•Provide evidence-based speech therapy services to pediatric and adult patients.

•Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.

•Complete evaluation reports, daily treatment notes, plans of care, progress reports, and discharge summaries accurately and in a timely manner.

•Educate patients and caregivers on treatment strategies and home exercise programs.

•Collaborate with physicians, educators, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.

•Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.

•Independently manage your daily schedule while working collaboratively with a supportive clinical team.

•Stay current with best practices and evidence-based treatment approaches.

Qualifications

•Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

•Active Colorado Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility for licensure.

•ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or current Clinical Fellow (CFY).

•Experience treating pediatric and adult patient populations preferred.

•Current CPR/BLS certification.

•Professional references required.

•Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

•Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
