Job Title: Vascular Sonographer (RVT/RVS)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday( Day Shift)
About the Opportunity
The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a wide range of vascular diagnostic studies and assisting physicians during minimally invasive procedures. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, patient-focused environment while contributing to high-quality vascular care.
Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive vascular ultrasound examinations including arterial, venous, venous reflux, carotid, renal, abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA), and dialysis access studies
Conduct arterial and venous duplex scans and accurately document findings
Assist physicians during ultrasound-guided procedures such as varicose vein ablation, peripheral artery disease (PAD) treatments, and embolization procedures
Prepare and maintain ultrasound equipment and exam rooms to ensure efficient workflow
Ensure patient safety, comfort, and high-quality care throughout each exam
Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation according to clinical standards
Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to support efficient patient care delivery
Qualifications
ARDMS (RVT) or CCI (RVS) certification required, or registry eligible within one year of hire
Associate degree or completion of a 12-month accredited ultrasound program required
Prior experience in vascular imaging strongly preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment
