Grant Accountant

LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with one of our clients in the non-profit industry looking to fill a Grant Accountant job for the corporate office located in Sacramento, CA. This position is 100% in-office. The right candidate should have at least 5 years of experience as an Accountant within a non-profit firm. The ideal candidate will have experience managing revenue invoicing and grants administration. You will be responsible for all grant activity, working with project managers on grant reports, analyze funds and financial reports, prepare invoices, preparation of budgets, prepare monthly and annual grant financial statements, assist in the annual audit, and assist with any projects as assigned. Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is required - Industry experience with a Non-Profit is required - Software experience with MIP would be a plus - Strong overall accounting knowledge (GAAP) and Fund Accounting - Reliable, thorough, and dedicated - Attention to detail, analytical, and organized - Solid communications (written & verbal) - Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel - Advanced, Word, Outlook) Experience: 5 years of accounting experience (Grant Accountant, Fund Accountant, Staff Accountant) If you are interested in this or other job opportunities available through LHH Recruitment Solutions, please submit your resume today at www.LHH.com !

Pay Details: $35.00 to $38.00 per hour
