Job Description

You’ll work 35 hours per week in a collaborative environment, serving a diverse student population and joining a supportive network of educators and specialists.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure in Maryland (or eligibility to obtain)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Previous experience in educational or pediatric settings is highly valued
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
- Ability to work on-site and adapt to a school-based caseload
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Provide direct therapy services, both individual and group, addressing articulation, language, fluency, and social communication disorders
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, fellow providers, and families to support each child’s success
- Maintain accurate case documentation and participate in IEP meetings as an integral team member
- Monitor and report on student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary
