Job Description
Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years MS Oncology RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Active RN license, eligible to practice in TN
- Minimum of one year experience in Oncology or MS Oncology nursing
- Current BLS certification required
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Adaptability to fast-paced, changing environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to oncology patients, including administering chemotherapy, monitoring responses, and managing symptoms
- Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and families about treatment, procedures, and ongoing care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR system
- Uphold strict infection control and safety protocols
- Serve as an advocate for patient well-being and comfort during treatment
