School-Based Physical Therapist - Keller, TX

This part-time, contract position takes place onsite from August 11th, 2026, through May 25th, 2027, offering you a stable and rewarding school-year schedule. With a manageable commitment of 20 hours per week, you will work weekdays between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm.

As a valued team member, you'll supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants, collaborate closely with students, and play an integral role in their achievement of individual educational milestones.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid license as a Physical Therapist
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong understanding of delivering therapy per IEP objectives
• Ability to effectively supervise and mentor SLPA’s
• Skilled at evaluating student progress and documenting outcomes
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills

What You'll Do:

• Oversee and support SLPA’s in providing high-quality student services
• Plan and implement individualized and group therapy sessions based on students’ speech and language needs as outlined in IEPs
• Monitor, document, and assess student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary
• Determine readiness for termination of therapy in collaboration with educational teams
• Participate in IEP meetings and work alongside teachers and staff to support student success
• Foster a positive, supportive, and inclusive environment for all learners
