What You’ll Bring:

• Accredited bachelor’s degree
• Valid Texas Special Education (EC-12) teaching certificate
• Passion for working with elementary students in special education settings
• Previous experience with life skills, autism, or behavior classrooms is a bonus
• Strong communication skills, adaptability, and collaborative mindset
• Willingness to complete fingerprinting through TEA if not recently done for a Texas public school district

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver engaging, individualized instruction to students with diverse learning needs
• Develop and implement IEPs, tracking progress and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Use evidence-based instructional practices tailored for life skills, autism, or behavioral support

• Maintain accurate records and uphold all state and district requirements
